Here’s another set of sketches for a single storey extension. The existing home could do with a little more space and a more contemporary layout suited to the clients needs/way of living.
Therefore we are proposing an affordable single storey rear extension and a new front porch, along with a rejig of the existing ground floor layout and a simplification of the outdoor space.
